1. Who We Are

starmap.ee provides a web-based tool for creating personalized star map posters and downloading them as PDF files. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to create, deliver and support your order:

  • Poster details such as date, time, city, coordinates, title, subtitle and selected design options.
  • Email address, if you provide it for PDF delivery or support.
  • Payment-related information such as selected payment method and transaction hash for ApeChain payments.
  • Basic technical data such as server logs, browser type, IP address and request time for security and diagnostics.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to generate your poster, verify payment, create the PDF, send the download link, prevent duplicate transaction use, provide support and keep the service secure.

4. Payments

If you pay with APE on ApeChain, the transaction hash and public blockchain information may be checked through ApeChain RPC services. Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be deleted by starmap.ee.

If euro payments are enabled, payment processing may be handled by a banking or payment provider. We do not store full card details.

5. Email Delivery

If you enter your email address, we use it to send your PDF download link and order-related messages. We do not sell your email address or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

6. Data Retention

Order metadata and generated PDF files may be stored for repeat delivery, accounting, fraud prevention and support. Temporary download links can expire, while internal records may be retained where legally or operationally necessary.

7. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the website, such as hosting, email delivery, payment verification or infrastructure providers. These providers may process data only for the services they provide to us.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, contact us at support@starmap.ee.
