1. Service
starmap.ee lets you create a personalized star map poster using a selected date, time, city and design settings. The final product is a digital PDF file for personal printing or digital use.
2. No Physical Delivery
starmap.ee provides digital files only. Physical posters, framing, printing and shipping are not included unless explicitly agreed as a separate custom order.
3. User Input
You are responsible for checking the date, time, city, coordinates, spelling and design choices before creating the final PDF. The preview is provided to help you confirm the result before export.
4. Astronomy And Accuracy
We aim to generate star maps based on astronomical calculations and the selected location and time. Small visual or projection differences may exist compared with other astronomy applications, printed formats or display sizes.
5. Payment
Available payment methods may include APE via ApeChain and euro payment options. For ApeChain payments, you must submit a valid transaction hash. A transaction hash can be used for one order only.
6. Digital Delivery
After successful payment and generation, the PDF may be available through a download link and, if an email address is provided, sent by email. Delivery times can vary due to network, email provider or server availability.
7. Refunds
Because the PDF is personalized and generated digitally, refunds may be limited after the file has been created or delivered. If something went wrong technically, contact us and we will try to resolve it fairly.
8. Intellectual Property
The starmap.ee website, designs, interface and generated layout system belong to starmap.ee or its licensors. You may use your purchased PDF for personal use, gifts and printing. Resale or redistribution of generated files as a competing service is not allowed without written permission.
9. Limitation Of Liability
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, starmap.ee is not liable for indirect losses, printing issues caused by third-party printers or problems caused by incorrect user input.
